Dr. Joe Wilson is an independent researcher, educator, and Assistant Professor at Liberty University, where he teaches in the graduate cybersecurity program. His interdisciplinary work integrates artificial intelligence policy, quantum information science, and intelligent system architectures, emphasizing the convergence of computation, ethics, and governance.

With extensive experience in teaching, engineering, and applied quantum computation, Dr. Wilson has contributed to advancing the conceptual and architectural foundations of next-generation intelligent systems. His research explores how quantum phenomena can be harnessed for scalable, interpretable, and resilient AI design.
